Overview

The purpose of the Sign Code is to provide for and regulate the design, location, and safe construction of signs in a manner to ensure that all signs:

• Are compatible with surrounding land uses
• Are well maintained
• Preserve or enhance the natural beauty and unique characteristics of the Village of Thiensville
• Promote a healthy and properly designed business environment
• Express the identity of the Village of Thiensville as a whole

The first step in changing, updating, or erecting a new sign is a review by the Village Planner. Please contact the Village hall for more sign information.
