TheTown Center Phase I Concept Design Plans and Design
Guidelines work together to establish a framework for development in the Mequon/Thiensville Town Center. Both the concept plans and design guidelines build upon the Town Center Master Plan done by Teska Associates. The concept plans deals with development by the public sector, such as streetscape, roadway, civic campus and park improvements.
The design guidelines address the private sector issues, such as setbacks, building facades and materials. The concept plans and design guidelines seek to coordinate the development efforts between the public and private sectors to produce a unique sense of place for the Mequon/Thiensville Town Center.
