Deliberating about the investment of public funds in future Village properties requiring a Closed Session due to the competitive nature and bargaining positions at risk if conducted in a public meeting regarding the addition of Village monuments.  Such Closed Session is authorized pursuant to Wis. Stats. Article 19.85(1)(e).
